Banque LBLux S.A. is a subsidiary of Bayerische Landesbank, Munich, (75 percent minus one share) and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba), Frankfurt am Main/Erfurt, (25 percent plus one share). Both parent companies are leading German banks. BayernLB and Helaba both have an excellent financial standing and have written a letter of comfort for Banque LBLux in regard to their respective shares.
